If you and your friends are hunting for an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline to add to your Flickr page, make tracks for the Brooklyn Bridge. You’re likely to crash the servers with the number of jealousy-inducing photos you can snap here, especially if you go at dusk. Start at City Hall Park in Manhattan and follow the pedestrian traffic to the bridge’s elevated walkway, where you and your pals can enjoy a leisurely stroll over the East River to Brooklyn. It’s a great opportunity to catch up on everybody’s lives as a spectacular urban panorama unfolds all around you. Once you make it to the other side–it only takes 45 minutes or so–bear right and head to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, a waterfront park made famous in such movies as Annie Hall and Moonstruck. If you’ve worked up an appetite after the scenic walk, indulge in some of the best pizza in NYC at Juliana’s, which serves up classic and specialty pies from a coal-fired oven.
