You love the Ravinia Festival for so many reasons, from the fantastic live-music lineup to the camaraderie you share with friends and family whenever you gather on the lawn with baskets full of good food and drinks. But for those occasions when you just don’t feel like packing a picnic–the commute to Highland Park is exhausting enough, after all–there is Lawncierge.
Situated just beyond the lawn and pavilion seating, Lawncierge caters to those wanting a more upscale experience at Ravinia. Just reel in at least three additional pals with a taste for the finer things in life and you’ll get to hang under the luxury tent for the duration of the concert. There’s a concierge, of course, who’ll help direct your group to your seats: plush, comfortable sofas that you won’t want to leave for the rest of the night.
In addition to fantastic seats to the concert–this weekend it’s Tony Bennett and Abba–your Lawncierge reservation includes a premium open bar, table service, and shareable gourmet bites. The tasty vittles should go over especially well with your crew, as you’ll get to nosh on marinated grilled ribeye, spicy shrimp cocktail, and–most decadent of all–freshly dipped chocolate-covered strawberries. You may sit back and order wine and cocktails from your server, or make your way to the bar where seasoned mixologists craft signature drinks you won’t find anywhere else on the premises.
Since all of the particulars are taken care of, you can dance the night away to your favorite songs. And while everyone else is cleaning up, your group should take advantage and escape the park. Unfortunately that Lawnciege ticket doesn’t come with an express exit out of the parking lot.
